Education
Academic Journey
Princeton University
B.S. Mechanical Engineering
Studying the mechanics behind the products that push human performance. Coursework spans thermodynamics, materials science, dynamics, and design.
Upland High School
High School Diploma
Graduated as Valedictorian with a 4.9565 WGPA. Recognized as a Gates Scholarship recipient and QuestBridge Scholar.
Professional
Work Experience
Present
Operations Engineering Intern
Spearheaded efforts in AI integration through dashboard creation and data analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, with savings of cost-valued time. Conducted reviewal of methodology sheets and floor operations to maintain updated SOPs and inspire additional inefficiency solutions.
May 2025
Student Researcher
Developed testing methods to determine LLM capabilities in effectively deliberating upper-level education coding projects with intentions of integration into the Introduction to Computer Science course (CSI005). Compiled and catalogued data sets from experimentation methods to later effectively deliberate the successes of LLM implementation, and thus, approve or deny real-world integration.
Apr 2025
Checkout Advocate
Facilitated the logistical execution of the checkout lanes, providing a unique experience to each individual customer through fostering connections. Promoted dedication to the minimization of customer inconvenience, devoting personally-allotted time to ensuring the streamlining of the consumer process.
May 2024
Lead Academic Researcher
Designed a low-cost compressive testing machine through sandwich mechanism construction to test compressive strength of a given material. Tested EVA foam and neoprene foam durability and compressive capabilities within VKTRY Gear configurations and tabulated data sets into interpretable visualizations. Deliberated the impacts of reducing per-unit cost with the intention of expanding accessibility to low-income athletes through lower price-points.
Involvement
Campus Life
Present
Equipment Team Intern
Managed and executed daily equipment logistics for all 32 Princeton Varsity athletics, coordinating gear preparation and distribution before team activities. Accelerated uniform laundering and organization workflows, improving efficiency rates and punctuality through inventory management and communicative coordination.
Present
Princeton Racing Electric
Synthesized publicly available airfoil data models with the intention to construct a Formula Student vehicle rear wing module. Deliberated and strategized rear wing module visualization through analysis and compliance with competition regulations. Formulated the tangible construction of the model through Siemens NX and Autodesk Fusion 360.
Present
SABR Tooth Tigers
Forecast tendency probabilities through the analysis of Trackman data derived from Princeton Baseball team activities. Developed visualizations through the incorporation of LLM with the intention to enhance comprehension. Innovated relative to new data collection facets, from enhancing input technologies to deliberation technologies, with conduction of experimentation and associative testing.
Present
Taiwanese American Student Association
Staying connected to cultural roots and building community among Taiwanese and Taiwanese-American students on campus through event participation.
